This privacy policy is applicable to the GendaAI app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Eduardo Ruesta (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with them.
The Service Provider may also use the information you provided them to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
GendaAI uses Google Calendar API to provide its core functionality. This section describes how we access, use, and store your Google user data.
When you connect your Google account to GendaAI, we request access to the following Google user data through OAuth 2.0:

We do not permanently store your Google Calendar data on our servers. All calendar data is accessed in real-time from Google's servers through the Google Calendar API and cached temporarily in your device's local storage for performance purposes only.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google Calendar data to any third parties. Your calendar data remains private and is only used to provide the core functionality of the GendaAI application.
In compliance with Google's Limited Use policy, we strictly adhere to the following:

Once access is revoked, we will immediately stop accessing your Google Calendar data and remove any cached data from your device.
We share limited information with service providers when needed to operate the Application. In iOS versions of GendaAI that include TikTok advertising measurement, we share the information described in the TikTok section only after Apple confirms your tracking authorization. Google Calendar contents, attendee details, Google account information, and AI conversation text are not sent to TikTok through this integration.

In iOS versions of GendaAI that include this integration, TikTok's App Events SDK measures installations from our advertising campaigns and reports technical diagnostics. The SDK is initialized only after you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. It can send the installation event and its timestamp, advertising and vendor device identifiers (IDFA and IDFV), IP address, device model, operating system, language or region settings, app version, and SDK performance or crash diagnostics. Technical reports can contain device identifiers; these reports are not necessarily anonymous. We do not send calendar contents, attendee details, Google account information, AI prompts, or conversation text to TikTok. We do not identify your GendaAI account or report subscription purchases, routine app launches, or retention events through this integration.
You can decline tracking and continue using GendaAI. Declining before SDK initialization prevents this integration from starting. You can review or revoke your tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Using the app or accepting this policy does not grant tracking permission. Information received by TikTok is handled under its applicable privacy policy and business data terms; contact us at eruestadev@gmail.com for questions or deletion requests.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Service Provider will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at eruestadev@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (eruestadev@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services change. We will publish the revised policy and its effective date on this page. Changes to this policy do not replace any separate permission required for advertising tracking.
This policy explains how information is processed to provide the Application. Permissions requested by Google and Apple are separate choices. Advertising tracking in GendaAI requires your authorization through Apple's system prompt; downloading or using the app does not provide that authorization.
